Monetary compensation for physical and psychological pain caused by personal injury (section 1325 ABGB).
In brief
The assessment considers the type, intensity and duration of the pain and any lasting consequences. Psychological effects may also be relevant.
The amount depends on the injury and recovery. Medical records and comprehensible documentation are therefore important.
